Homework Policy
There is homework for every math class (unless a test has been given). Students
are responsible for assignments that are missed. One day grace period is given for
each missed day. Homework will not be accepted greater than one week late.
Classroom Procedures
Students are greeted at the door by the teacher. Students quietly navigate to
their assigned seat. They then take out their homework and stampsheet
and quietly start the mindset (mini-assignment) listed on the board. The
teacher takes roll, stamps students' stamp sheet, and then discusses the lesson
on the board with the students. Homework from the previous class is reviewed.
After this, the teacher starts the lesson for the day's objective. All homework
assignments are written on the board for the students to copy to their agenda.
