This is my 26th year in education and all my years have been here in Apache Junction. At the Junior High I taught Life Science for thirteen years and then moved up to the office as a dean. In 2002 I moved from the Jr. High, now called Desert Shadows, to Thunder Mountain. This year I am serving as the 8th grade dean and as a Curriculum Coach working in the classroom for a good portion of the day. I am looking forward to new challenges and having a great year.

This year I will be working with the schedule. Each grade Dean/Assistant will work with parents and students on their individual schedules and I will be tasked with the development of the overall school schedule each year. It should be fun and I am looking forward to this new challenge this year.
