Homework
assignments turned in on time, in class format, in pencil (for math),
with each problem neatly attempted, receives full credit and a yes
stamp. Late or incomplete work receives half credit and a no stamp.
After the week, no credit is given unless absent. As many days as a
student is absent, is as many days as the student has to make up the
missed work. Request the classwork and homework ahead of time if you
know there will be an absence in the future. The more notice given,
the better!
Classroom
Procedures
Students are greeted at the door by the teacher.
Students quickly, quietly and calmly, navigate to their assigned
seat. They then quietly start the mindset (mini-assignment) listed on
the board. The teacher takes roll, stamps students' stamp sheet, and
then discusses the lesson on the board with the students. After this,
the teacher starts the lesson for the day's objective.
