Class Description

This class will help students understand the ideals, rights, and
responsibilities of American citizenship, with emphasis on the Constitution and
government at local, state, and national levels. Geography and global economics
will be a major focus throughout the year as well.

Homework Policy
Work must be completed on time. Any missed work due to an absence will be made
up during the next class. Students will be given two days to make the work up.

Classroom Procedures
Students enter the classroom, pick up a mindset (mini-assignment) from the
teacher's desk, and quietly begin working. The teacher takes attendance,
stamps stamp sheets, then introduces the day's objective(s). Students will
practice and review the objective(s), and be assessed for mastery.r>
