School Information

Highlights

Thunder Mountain Middle School is located near the Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction, Arizona.  It was constructed in the summer of 1997.   It has 26+ classrooms, six science labs, two computer labs, a family consumer science lab, library complete with computer media centers, separate band and choir rooms, gymnasium and weight room.  It is home to 700+ students.  Thunder Mountain Middle School has a complete, state of the art computer system throughout.   It is completely networked, not only throughout the school, but throughout the entire Apache Junction Unified School District.
