Registration Requirements

In order to register your child for school here at Thunder Mountain Middle School, you will need to provide the following:

In order to register your child, a parent or guardian must provide a birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency (utility bill, rent receipt, lease, etc.), and driver's license or ID.

Obtain forms from TMMS Office and completely fill them out. Please be sure the school has parent or guardian work numbers, cellular, and/or pager numbers as well as emergency contacts.

Please enclose $20 for each student. This fee will cover the cost of a planner and lab fees for all electives. Please make checks payable to TMMS.

New students will be required to take a math placement test. This test should take approximately 45 minutes.
